It's Spring time and the weather has been gorgeous here in SW Washington. It's almost finals again for me and Ken has been home quite a bit this month so it's been a great month! Connor is growing like a weed and doing really well. Awhile back we bought Connor his potty chair just for laughs. Well we were worried because he thought it was a toy until tonight. Lately, we have asked Connor if he pooped and he says "Yep" and runs and grabs a diaper and wipes and lays down. So I figured almost every bath time he potty's in the tub now so I asked him before bath if he wanted to go potty. He said "Yep" so Ken and I smiled and just went in and sat him on his potty. Sure enough, he went potty!! He was so excited (because I think we were), that he didn't want to get up and he wanted to just keep sitting there. He is no where close to being full blown potty trained but it was a small accomplishment that made us so proud. When he can speak a few more words and let us know, maybe we will try for a more full effect. For now, we will just keep trying in the morning, bath, and bedtime. Hope everyone is well! I'll post some stats after his 18 month appt. But, more and more, he is turning into just an average little man as far as size goes.
